Compatibility
Which Vespera models do your accessories fit?
Our accessories fit the Vaonis Vespera, Vespera II (Vespera 2), Vespera Pro, Vespera Pro 2 and Vespera Passenger. Each product page lists its exact compatibility.
Will the Vespera detect the filter automatically?
Yes. Our filter adapters include the electronics the Vespera needs to recognise the filter, so the app treats it like an official Vaonis filter.
Are you affiliated with Vaonis?
No. Vespera Accessories is an independent maker. Vaonis and Vespera are trademarks of Vaonis.
Filters
Does the adapter come with the filter?
No. The adapter holds any standard 2-inch filter. The filter itself can be purchased from other outlets. We recommend the Svbony SV220 (2") for Dual Band, and any standard 2-inch CLS filter (for example, Svbony or Optolong) for CLS.
Which filter should I choose: Dual Band or CLS?
Dual Band (DB) is best for emission nebulae, even under heavy light pollution. CLS is better for galaxies and star clusters from suburban skies. Read our full Dual Band vs CLS vs Solar guide.
Is the solar filter safe for viewing the sun?
Our solar filter uses ISO-certified solar film and is made for imaging the sun and eclipses with the Vespera. Always attach it before pointing at the sun and never look at the sun directly. See our solar eclipse guide.

What are your accessories made of?
Every accessory is designed and 3D-printed to order in Seattle, WA, using PLA and ASA and tested on our own Vespera for a precise fit.
Do I need a dew shield or a dew heater?

What does Silent Image Sync do?
Silent Image Sync automatically copies new images from your Vespera to your Windows PC over Wi-Fi, so you don't have to download them by hand. It is a digital product delivered by email after purchase.
Shipping
How long until my order ships?
Items are made to order and ship within 1–7 business days.
How much is shipping?
US orders ship free by economy shipping (5–8 business days after dispatch). International orders ship by DHL Express, and the cost is calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Any import duties or taxes are set by your country and paid by the buyer.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, in which case we refund in full. Silent Image Sync is a digital product and can't be returned. Details are in our return policy.
How do I start a return?
Email vespera-accessories@outlook.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.
Can I still buy on Etsy?
